At Paradise Luxe, we offer a variety of flexible and secure payment methods to ensure your shopping experience is seamless and stress-free — whether you're ordering online, in-store, or through one of our support channels.

    Pay in cash when collecting your order at our physical store.

  • Credit/Debit Card

    Accepted both in-store and online for your convenience.

  • Wire Transfer (Bank Deposit)

    Customers may make payments via bank transfer to our Atlantic Bank account:

    Kindly send us a copy of your deposit receipt, along with your full name and order number.

  • Mobile Wallets

    We accept secure mobile payments via:

    Reserve your favorite items with a 60% deposit and pay the balance within a set timeframe.

🔹 Deposit Requirements

We require a 60% deposit for the following order types:

  • Pre-ordered items

  • Layaway purchases

  • Custom or special-order products

This deposit ensures that the item is reserved for you. The remaining balance must be paid before delivery or pickup.

🔹 Currency & Tax

All prices are displayed in Belize Dollars (BZD).

General Sales Tax (GST) is included in the price unless otherwise stated.

  • If a product is listed as tax exclusive, it will be clearly indicated in the product description.

🔹 Payment Timing

Online Orders:

Full payment is required at checkout. If paying by bank transfer, DigiWallet, or E-Kash, please send us:

  • A clear image or screenshot of your receipt

  • Your full name and order/confirmation number

    This ensures faster processing and delivery.

In-Store Pickup Orders:

While we prefer that payment is made in advance, you may also pay at the time of pickup via:

  • Cash

  • Credit/Debit Card

  • DigiWallet or E-Kash

🔹 Refunds & Payment Reversals

Same-Day Refunds:

If a refund is requested within 6 hours of payment, we will return the funds via the original payment method.

After 6 Hours:

Refunds requested after 6 hours are eligible for:

  • Store Credit

  • Product Exchange

  • Full Refund (minus a 20% restocking/processing fee)

Refunds are not available for:

  • Layaway purchases

  • Pre-ordered or custom-made items (unless defective or incorrectly delivered)
