Order Cancellation Policy:

At Paradise Luxe, we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, please review the following terms:

1. Cancellation Window

Orders may be cancelled within 8 hours of placement for a full refund. After this period, your order will begin processing and can no longer be cancelled.

2. How to Cancel an Order

To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service team via email at paradiseluxe.bz@gmail.com or call us at +501 608-3709. Be sure to include:

  • Your Order Number

  • The Name on the Order

  • The Reason for Cancellation

We recommend reaching out as soon as possible to ensure your request falls within the cancellation window.

3. Refund Process

If your cancellation is approved within the 8-hour window, a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

4. Non-Cancellable Orders

Orders that have already been:

  • Shipped

  • Processed for delivery

  • Marked as fulfilled

    cannot be cancelled or refunded.

5. Custom & Personalized Items

Orders for custom or personalized products are final sale and cannot be cancelled or refunded once placed, unless there is a manufacturing defect or fulfillment error on our part.

6. Exceptions & Errors

If an issue arises due to an error on our end — such as:

  • The wrong product was shipped

  • Payment was charged incorrectly

  • An item was unavailable

We will work with you to resolve it promptly. This may include offering a replacement, store credit, or full cancellation with refund, depending on the situation.

Shipping fees are calculated based on your delivery location and the size/weight of your order. All shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before finalizing your purchase.

To ensure reliable and efficient delivery, we proudly partner with trusted local courier and delivery services, including:

  • BPMS

  • IDS Courier

  • Belize Post Office

  • Tropic Air Cargo

4. Processing & Delivery Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 2–3 business days, depending on your location and the selected delivery method.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we offer returns and exchanges on eligible items, subject to the conditions below.

2. Return Time Frame

You may return eligible products within 8 hours of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange, provided that:

  • The items are in original condition

  • Unused and in original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order number)

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items that have been used, opened, or are not in resale condition
