Yes, orders can be modified or cancelled only if they haven’t been shipped yet. However, pre-orders, special requests, and custom items require a 60% non-refundable deposit and cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
At the moment, we only offer countrywide delivery within Belize.
Delivery typically takes 1–3 business days depending on:

Yes, customers are responsible for delivery fees, which are determined by the carrier and delivery location. Shipping costs will be shown at checkout.
Free shipping is only offered during sales events or promotional periods, when clearly advertised.
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier may contact you directly to arrange a second attempt or pickup from their office. If the package is returned to us, additional delivery charges may apply.
Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a notification. You’ll need to:
Schedule a pickup date and time
Notify us via WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, or email
This helps us ensure your order is ready and the process is smooth when you arrive.
Yes. A third party can collect your order if they bring:
Their own valid ID
A copy of your ID
A pickup authorization letter from you (or you can contact us directly to confirm)
Our Layaway Plan allows you to reserve an item by paying a 60% deposit upfront. The item is then held for you until the remaining balance is paid.
Key terms:
Layaway applies to in-store, online, or custom orders
You’ll receive the item only after the full balance is paid
Returns or exchanges are not allowed on layaway purchases
If you cancel or fail to complete the payment by the agreed time, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your deposit
Custom/pre-ordered items on layaway cannot be cancelled or refunded under any circumstances
You may return eligible products within 6 hours of receiving your order if they are:
Unused
In original packaging
Accompanied by a receipt or order confirmation
Non-returnable items include:
Personal care items (e.g., lotions, perfumes)
Used or opened products
Layaway, sale, or custom items
