At Paradise Luxe, we want your shopping experience to be effortless from start to finish. Whether you're choosing nationwide delivery or in-store pickup, we provide flexible, reliable, and customer-friendly options to ensure you receive your items on time and in perfect condition.

This page outlines everything you need to know about how we get your purchase to you. 

📦 Nationwide Delivery (Within Belize)

We proudly offer countrywide delivery across all six districts of Belize. From Belize City to Punta Gorda, Orange Walk to Cayo — we’ve got you covered.

🗺️ Shipping Region

We currently offer shipping exclusively within Belize. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

🚚 Trusted Delivery Partners

To ensure your order reaches you safely and on time, we’ve partnered with several reliable local courier services, including:

  • BPMS

  • IDS Courier

  • Belize Post Office

  • Tropic Air Cargo

Your package will be assigned to the most suitable courier based on your delivery address and the nature of your order.

💰 Shipping Fees & Payments

While Paradise Luxe does not charge any additional delivery fees, please note the following:

  • Shipping costs are calculated by the courier based on your location, package size, and weight.

  • Customers are responsible for paying shipping fees directly to the courier upon delivery or pickup from the courier’s office.

  • All delivery details, including cost estimates, will be confirmed with you before dispatch.

We aim to be transparent with every step of the process so there are no surprises.

⏱️ Processing & Delivery Timeframe

  • Order Processing: 1–2 business days (after payment confirmation)

  • Estimated Delivery: 2–3 business days (depending on your location and courier)

Deliveries are made Monday through Saturday, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package or collect it from the courier.

⚠️ Important: Orders will not be dispatched until full payment has been received and confirmed by our team.

🛍️ In-Store Pickup

Prefer to collect your items in person? We welcome you to pick up your order at our retail store in Santa Elena, Cayo.

🕒 Pickup Days & Hours

  • Monday – Saturday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM

  • Sunday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM

You may collect your order on the same day or schedule a pickup for a later date within our business hours.

🧾 What You Need to Bring

To collect your order, please present the following:

  • Your order confirmation number (from your email or WhatsApp)

  • A valid photo ID

If someone else will be collecting the order on your behalf, they must bring:

  • Their own valid ID

  • A copy or photo of your ID

  • The order confirmation number

This is to ensure the security of all purchases and protect our customers from unauthorized pickups.

⏳ Pickup Holding Period

We will hold your order for up to 3 business days after your payment has been confirmed. If the order is not collected within this period and no alternative arrangement is made, the order may be cancelled.

We recommend collecting your item as soon as possible to avoid delays or inconvenience. 

📅 Same-Day & Scheduled Pickups

We offer flexible pickup options to suit your schedule:

  • Same-Day Pickup: Available for most in-stock items, once payment has been confirmed.

  • Scheduled Pickup: You may select a preferred pickup date and time at checkout or coordinate with our team via WhatsApp or email.

Scheduled pickups are available Monday to Sunday, from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

We will notify you once your order is ready, and you may collect it at your convenience during our business hours.

💳 Layaway Order Pickup

If you are using our Layaway Plan, please note the following pickup conditions:

Final Payment Requirements

  • The full remaining balance must be paid before or at the time of pickup.

  • You may pay the balance online or in-store on the day of pickup.

Who Can Pick Up?

  • Only the original customer who placed the layaway order may make the final payment and collect the item.

  • If the balance is already paid in full, a third party may pick up the item only if they present:

    • Their own valid ID

    • A copy or photo of your ID

    • The order confirmation number

These policies are in place to protect your purchase and prevent fraudulent pickups.

⚠️ Additional Notes & Conditions

Please keep the following in mind:

  • Orders will only be processed and shipped after payment has been confirmed.

  • All products listed on our website are eligible for both pickup and delivery.

  • We do not currently offer international shipping — only deliveries within Belize.

  • Delivery fees are not included in your order total and must be paid directly to the shipping carrier.
